润滑
润滑的主要目的是通过油膜的形成,防止轴承中套圈、滚动体和保持架之间金属与金属之间的直接接触,从而降低了接触面积上的摩擦和摩损,因而润滑的主要作用:
1.减轻摩擦与摩损
2.延长轴承的疲劳寿命,轴承的滚动疲劳寿命大大依赖于滚动接触表面间油的粘度和形成的油膜厚度。
3.循环润滑还可以排出磨擦热以及从外部传来的热量,以防止轴承过热和油的变质。
4.适当的润滑有助于防止外来物质进入轴承内和防止锈蚀。
    润滑方式和润滑剂
一般情况下,有油和脂两种润滑方法。

Lubrication
The main purposes of lubrication are to reduce friction and wear in the contact areas as direct metallic contact between the bearing rings rolling elements and cage in prevented by an oil film. Therefore, the effects of lubric ation may be briefly explained as followings.
1. Reduction of friction and wear.
2. Extension of fatigue life.
3. Circular lubrication may be used to carry away frictional heat or beat transferred from outside to prevent the bearing from overheating and the oil from deteriorating.
4. Adequate lubrication also helps to prevent foreign material from entering the bearings and topre vent bearings from corrosion or ursting.

   油润滑
1.适用于高速运转。
2.对于轴承和润滑元件安装在同一机座中的装置,油是良好的润滑方式
3.适用于高的工作温度。
4.对于使用集中供油系统作为辅助机械件的场合,油是良好的润滑剂。
5.对轴承摩擦力矩有要求的场合,油是良好的润滑方法。

Oil Lubricating
1. Suitable for extremely high running speed.
2. Good for assembly where the same housing with oil lubricated components.
3. Suitable for extremely high running temperature.
4. Good where a central oil system is used for auxlliary machine parts.
5. Good where bearing torque requirements are a consideration

   脂润滑
1.很容易保持在轴承内而不用精心制作的附件。
2.可供长期服务而不需要更换或检查。
3.增加在附件中隔离污物的有效性。
4.闭式轴承在制造厂内即可填入润滑脂。
润滑脂的充填量一般为轴承内部有效空间的30%—60%,过量的脂可能引起发热和脂的泄漏

Grease Lubrecating
1. Grease may be retained an elaborate enclosure.
2. Grease goves ling service without replacement or inspection.
3. Grease increases the effectiveness of dirt or inspection.
4. Enclosed sealed bearings are lubricated at the factory.
As a general rule, bearings should be only filled with from 30%-60% of the free intemal space inside bearings.More than the normal amount of grease an cause heat generation grease leakage.

    轴承是最常见的机械元件之一,选择合适的润滑剂对轴承的高效率运转有至关重要的作用。而润滑的选择主要取决于轴承的运转条件,如:温度、负载、速度、振动、冲击负载、环境介质的影响。其它的因素还有:纯度、低噪音性能、环境保护。

Bearing is one of the most common mechanical parts, and it is very essential to choose suitable lubricant grease for bearing onefficient running. Choice of lubricant grease depends on the running condition of bearings. Such as :temperature, load, dpeed, vib ration, impact load, ambient medium influence. And other factors like: purity, low-noise performance and environmental protection.
